Official Giveaway Rules

How to Enter:
To enter fill out the above form completely and click the enter button. Giveaway is open to all persons 18 years of age or older, worldwide. Any submission that includes false or inaccurate information will result in the disqualification of your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per week for each drawing, duplicate entries from the same email address will be disquailified. Eckler's Classic Chevy will not be held responsible for lost, late, incorrect, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, undelivered or delayed entries or entries not received by the closing date specified.

Winner:
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or before above specified date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. Winner will be notified via email. If the winner is unreachable or the information submitted cannot be confirmed within 7 days, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Prize:
One prize will be awarded per giveaway. Eckler's Classic Chevy or Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

General:
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Entry constitutes permission for Eckler's Classic Chevy or Sponsor to use each winner's name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, without further compensation, notification or permission. Entrants also agree to receive promotional material via email or postal service.

Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years or older to register. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Eckler's Classic Chevy, its sponsors, respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, insurers, suppliers, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
