These door release rods are formed exactly like the originals on your classic. These rods are often rusty or missing. In order for the door to open properly from the inside, the inner door release mechanism must be connected to the rear latch inside the door with these rods. One pair of the door release rods will complete both doors. Be sure to check the condition of the other related components by looking for worn or broken springs as this will effect the operation of the door as well. Properly complete your restoration with our door release rods!
