Malfunctioning brake lights are down right dangerous to you and other drivers on the road. At all times, everyone needs their brake lights to perform perfectly each and every time. As you depress the brake pedal on your classic Nova, the spring-loaded switch closes the contacts allowing current to flow through the circuit and illuminating the brake light bulbs at the rear. Typically mounted under the dash, replacement of this switch can be done in an afternoon with basic hand tools and a little mechanical know-how.
