Eckler G-PLUS arms can be used with stock or 2 inch drop spindles. G-Plus control arms are designed for Performance Street applications. However, cars crossing over into drag racing or road racing are utilizing this application with superb results. The arms have additional caster built into them and an improved camber curve. The combination keeps the tire flatter on the pavement. A bump stop is installed on the control arm eliminating the stock one on the frame. The new bump stop location allows for a limiter, which can be installed for drag race applications. The arms are shipped assembled with cross shafts, ball joints, Del-a-lum bushings, and bump stops. New alignment specifications are included. The Del-a-lum bushings found on these control arms perform more like a ball bearing than a bushing, the outer steel sleeve contains an internal plastic insert which rotates on a steel inner sleeve. Each side of the bushing is reinforced with additional plastic thrust washers backed by steel thrust washers which provides control of fore and aft bushing flexion. A grease fitting is utilized with each bushing to provide full-access lubrication which leads to longer bushing life. Del-a-lum bushings do not squeak or make noise making the fit and function superb for your restoration.
