1966 and 1967 Nova and Chevy II cowl grille panels are prone to rust. Years of exposure to the elements takes a toll. Leaves and other debris can fall through the louvers and turn into a spongy mess causing the underside of the panel to rust. The grille vents can be a nightmare to fabricate for a repair.
