Used units are typically super fragile due to the low UV resistance added to the plastic from the factory and tend to crumble and crack easily or worse you search and search for a good use replacement only to find it came out of a smoker’s car and is warped and discolored beyond repair. Edges and openings are chrome plated and the face plate can be dyed for those who had them in colors.
