After years of use your El Camino seat foam does two things, A) it disintegrates and B) it compresses, thereby unable to support you comfortably and maybe more importantly, it will not hold the crisp, good looking lines of your seat covers. Our seat foam is sourced from the worlds leading manufactures in seat foam technology. NOTE: 1971-72 El Camino bench seats are almost identical in their internal structure as 66-70. In 71, GM removed the spring assembly in the seat back, requiring the use of a thicker foam back padding. This bench seat foam is made with this in mind. Because of the interchangeability of the bench seat from 66-72, please make sure you know your seats have a back spring or not before ordering.
