This El Camino reproduction cigarette lighter knob has been manufactured to original factory specifications using today's modern manufacturing techniques. You will find the fit, finish and function will work superbly for your restoration. In addition, using a reproduction cigarette lighter knob housing from the El Camino Store will add authenticity and value to your vehicle. Casco or Rochester? GM used both Casco and Rochester lighters during 1959-87. The Casco Lighters has movable parts and when pushed into the housing, the element goes through a sleeve. The Rochester lighter has no movable parts. Both lighters pop out when heated. You must have the corresponding housing for your particular lighter, but either will work in your car.
