A new headliner backing board adds to your new headliner and the perfect finishing touch to your restored 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, or 1987 El Camino's interior. After years of use, original headliners baking boards often decay, discolor and begin to fall apart. If your El Camino has ever been smoked in, the headliner will retain the odor and stains from years of use, and will also affect the backing board. In addition, the headliner wire supports often rust and bleed through the headliner material, taking away from the pristine looks of your classic interior.
